Contact form 7 no longer working

What other plugins and theme do you use? Where can I see the site?

Hi there, you may see the website at https://www.sassydivas.com.au, the contact form is there, but no longer shows, also I set up the form onto the Bridesmaid dresses, and it too always fails now to send the messages, whereas it was working fine. I would have to send you username and password access in a private email message, please let me know if you are able to assist, thank you kindly. I am using Legenda theme, and other plugins there are many including woocommerce.

Hi Takayuki, I have just discovered that the form on the bridesmaid dresses is in fact working to some degree, you can submit the form and it comes up with the error in Red border “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method” however when I got to email/subscription log, it is there in the log! And the Contact Form on the Contact page has just vanished, it is still there, but cant be seen. I am not sure what is going on.

I been having the exact same issue. For me its caused as by caching tool ZenCache. If I turn off ZenCache then Contact7 Form works.

I’ve been using ZenCache and Contact7 Form for years!

I have tracked the issue down to the fact that the Captcha image, which is dynmaic, is being cached which means that the when you try and input the values in the form, you get an error message as the Captcha pair values are out of sych.

I installed the plugin Contact Form 7, how can you not understand that!

NO help what so ever, what is wrong with the developers of this plugin, people have issues with no help!

I’d recommend you see https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome for some guidance on how to ask for help from others in the WordPress forums.

Note: I am not the plugin author – I just help out by answering questions in this forum most days.

Buzztone, there is nothing wrong with what I have said, why don’t you get off your high horse and stop bullying people that are trying to get some help with a problem with Contact Form 7. Obviously there is little support for this plugin, and I have now deleted Contact Form 7 Plugin from my website! Now using Ninja Forms which is so much better and working fine. And as you are not the Author for this plugin you dont have the right to reply as such, please refrain from replying to people’s requests for help, especially if you cant even help them yourself.

angelique101 – please calm down and be more respectful towards forum volunteers.

buzztone is a support volunteer who helps a lot of people with this plugin. Plugin support is often only provided by the author, but other users who want to help can provide support for a plugin and this should be encouraged.

Your statement ‘I have installed contact form 7 in my theme’ required clarification as plugins cannot be installed into themes. Takayuki rightly asked for clarification and you replied rudely. Also you did not fully answer the questions he had previously asked.
