Contact Form 7 not hiding under background color of fixed header.

I’m working with a child theme and contact form 7. I’ve got the layout the way I want it, there is just one glitch.
When I scroll up on the contact page, the tables in the contact go over the background color of the header instead of hiding underneath it (like I want): https://zackiscreative.com/contact/
Is there a way to fix this with css? I’m getting the same effect on the music page with the plug-in MP3 jplayer.
Please help!
