contact form 7 not receiving emails to outlook

  • Hey,

    i have contact form 7 at my website, everything was great and suddenly i not receiving emails to the outlook.
    the mail Set on To in the plugin mail settings, i also changed the email to different outlook email and still not receiving any mail, i also checked in the spam folder and nothing there.

    what should i do?

    just wanna add something – my outlook is office 365 – [email protected] on outlook.

    Hi,

    several users of this plugin have this problem currently. 28 of our hosts arent receiving their not as well!

    It might be a problem with the hoster, since mail() is the only function that doesn’t work right now.

    If you can, hop over to an SMTP Plugin, itll make Contact Form 7 work again.

    If you main-Domain however uses an Exchange Server as mail service, you’re pretty alone in the dark right now..

    Hey,

    i even tried to open a email from hostgator cpanel and i can receive emails but i cant send emails to domain emails. gmails/yahoo and all the rest send/receive works fine but to send for example to [email protected] (domain) doesn’t work.
    so i tried the method 2 its to download SMTP WP Plugins and i changed alot of settings and the results its one cant receive and the other cant send or upsidedown.

    so i contact with office 365 support and i downloaded again new SMTP Plugin and i change the settings they gave me and its work to receive and send but the only problem now to send email from the website take 10-15 sec but everything work. they told me at the office 365 its 1sec delay everything perfect its only something with the contact form.
    there is something i can do to fix it to make it faster?

    i contact with the host and they told me everything with them fixed.
    by the way if i disable smtp plugin the email send quick but i dont receive the email.
    the weird thing its was working great without the smtp plugin.

    any suggests?

    Hi,
    I have the same pronblem. Contact form 7 emails are not received by GO Daddy Office 365 email.

    It works perfectly with any other email address.

    Has this been solved ?
