Contact Form 7 not saving form data in Dashboard

    I am developing a site with WordPress 3.4.1. and using Contact Form 7 ver 3.2.1. My problem is that when I press Add New button to add a new form a form does appear where I can generate new tags and set all the stuff but when I save the form it returns no error a returns to the listing page where JUST a default form is shown.

    Also when I try to EDIT the default form SETTINGS ARE NOT SAVED at all.
