contact form 7 not sending after updating to wp 5,5

    Hi
    After updating to wordpress 5.5 my contact form 7 is no longer sending mails nor does it go to the redirect page

    it is a three step form, and after completing the form, it just shows the thee steps.

    any help would be appreciated
