Contact Form 7 Not Sending Email

  • I have Contact Form 7 with the PayPal add-on. When someone fills out the form it says message is sent (without a green box around it) and it takes them directly to PayPal where they pay. Once that is done an email comes through with the PayPal information, but the contact form message never comes through. Any ideas? I am using Contact Form 7 version 4.8.1.

  • Hi there,
    did you try to disable your other plugins to see if any of them is the source of the issue?
    Also, does this happen only with this theme?
