Contact form 7 not sending email

    When sending email, it shows error with yellow background: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later. I’m using the latest plugin, my SMTP plugin is Zoho, not sure if it’s incompatible with Contact Form 7 plugin.

    Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    I just tried out your form at – https://3eheat.com/contact-us/

    And indeed I saw the error.

    Have you tried creating a simpler form (Only Name, Email, Message) and see if it can send through? If so, it could means some validation issues with the fields.

    Ok, I’m going to make some bold recommendations..

    First, if you are not using the latest WordPress version, then you should upgrade it. But make sure you backup the website!

    Second, if you are already using the latest WP version (or not), you can try installing other contact form plugins (just to test if they can send the emails) and see if they work.

    Third, if after using other contact form plugins also can’t work, then I’m afraid you will need to deactivate plugins one by one to test which one is conflicting with CF7.
