Contact form 7 not sending email confirmation

Hi!
In my website when an user fills the form for the teacher training application, they should get a confirmation email that they have applied. Undfortunately they receive no email.
I’ve tried several times filling the form, but I will not get any confirmation email.Can anyone help me to figure out what is not working?

add the information below to the “Additional Headers” field. (Also under the “Mail” tab.) This adds information to the header of the email that says even though it was sent by

If you not getting any confirmation mail but your mail is sent successfully then please check your SMTP settings. Install https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ WP Mail SMTP
