Contact Form 7 not sending emails to a China email service provider

  • I created a form using Contact Form 7, and the recipient email is from a China email service provider “NetEast”. The email ends with 126.com OR 163.com. However, the recipient email does not receive any test inquiry emails. What can be the reason for this? Is it because it’s blocked in China? How to solve this problem?

    I tested using a gmail and outlook account as recipient address and it works.

    I’m located in Hong Kong and my client in China. So I created an email using the same email service provider (126.com & 163.com) and use these test email accounts. Nothing went through when I fill in the online form.

    So I used my gmail account to send a test email to my 126.com & 163.com, it went through.

    I don’t know what’s preventing the contact form 7 plugin to send emails to these china email addresses. Please shed some light. Thanks!!
