contact form 7 not working

  • We used contact form 7. Till now everything worked fine. Last adjustments by us were made in 2018 (except updates). But now we suddenly got mails from clients that they can’t send mail with this form. Is there a conflict with new wordpress updates?

    You check settings smtp server.
    Have you current version CF7 and WordPress?

    Thanks for the response.

    The email adress used in the contact form is a gmail adress. It is just another name for schools and education purpose.
    And the latest wordpress version is installed. Every plugin is up to date.
    Can you do something with this info? Should I check something else?
