Contact form 7 not working. Don’t show any error message neither

  • Hello,

    I have an issue with contact form 7 on my website page: https://getuplead.com/contact/

    Once the button ” submit is clicked” form is not sent and it don’t show any message neither on the page.

    Would appreciate some help!

    Which versions of WordPress and Contact Form 7 do you use?

    My wordpress version is 5.3 and contact form Version 5.1.8

    Is there any reason to keep such outdated versions?

    The template theme is custom made and I’m not sure about updating the version of wordpress will not generate issue. I guess that you suggest to have the latest version of both to avoid issues?
