Contact Form 7 not working on alternate domain

    Has anyone else had issues using Contact Form 7 with this plugin. My contact forms do not work on the alternate domain. No error message is displayed, only thing I could see was a line added to the html:

    <div class="ajax-error">Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0</div>

    They work fine on root domain. With and without Recaptcha. Not a “From” address issue–tried with both domains to no avail.

    Not an email issue, no error messages in logs. Nothing logged in WP debug. Internet searches are useless, as the key words are very common to other questions. Thought I’d come to the source.

    Hello,

    I couldn’t reproduce the issue you mentioned above. Could you send the details of that failed request, please? You can get the response contents for the AJAX request using e.g. the Network panel from Chrome DevTools. Let me know if you need more details on how to do that.

    Using another contact form. Marking as resolved.

    Don’t use Contact Form 7 with Multiple Domain plugin.
