Contact form 7 plus recaptcha v3 not working

    Hi,
    I have Flatsome Theme and contact form 7 with captcha v3 set.
    In july everthing worked properly, now the two forms I have say that the e-mail was correctly sent, but I actually receive nothing.
    I have Cerber security as antispam, antimalware etc.. and, even if i deactivated it, I can’t receive any mail. I tried also to deactivate captcha v3 (that I didn’t have in july) but it didn’t change anything.
    Any idea of why does that happen?

    Read the whole thing, thank you, but I already did everything was written. Captcha v3 logo showed properly at the bottom of my website. I correctly receive mail (2) as confirm but I don’t get the main mail. I’ve been trying the whole day, and noticed that with a different theme captcha 3 doesn’t work but If I don’t put any captcha at all at least it works. with flatsome theme, nothing happens. I would like to have the previous version of Contact form but it seems impossible.

    Hi Neil, thank you for your kind reply.
    I actually discovered that the hosting provider had been testing a new anti spam filter without informing me that I could have probably have had some issues. I wasted 12 hours in trying to solve by myself and I’m sorry for the time I let you waste. Anyway, I have more knowledge now, at least, reading your links I know other solutions in case it will happen again with other customers. Thank you!
