    Hello,
Does anybody know if Contact Form 7 saves any data like the messages or names somewhere?
Or how can I contact the creators of this plugin to ask them this? This is a privacy related question.

  • Unless you have another plugin or script set up to store the submissions in the database then no. But, since the emails will be stored on your email server, and with GDPR fast approaching, it’s a good idea to have an acceptance checkbox at the end of the form, along the lines of By using this form I agree to the storage and handling of my data by insert-your-website-name*

    Thank you very much Barnez.
    You helped a lot.

    All the best,
    Stefan

Is there a way to add a link to the terms and conditions/privacy policy in the “By using this form I agree to the storage and handling of my data by insert-your-website-name*” string/label?
