• I have Contact Form 7 installed, and we have run into two unusual situations on the same page where we have a Contact Form 7 form.

    1. The website is hosted on a CWP VPS with other WordPress sites. Contact 7 is not installed on any of the other sites. On this page, users started reporting that when they fill out the form and click Submit, sometimes they are forwarded to the WordPress login page. I’ve replicated the issue, and it’s not constant. The site works properly for other functions.

    2. We have run into a 400 word limitation on the Answer textbox. I’ve tried overriding the limitation but nothing resolves the issue. I contacted my hosting company and they say it’s out of their scope.

The site Is running WordPress 6.7.2 running with the Zakra theme. I’ve deactivated and reactivated Contact 7 but the problem still exists. The theme and plugins have been updated.

Thanks in advance for any solution or fix you suggest.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-spam, Classic Editor, Really Simple Security, Wordfence Security and WP Mail SMTP, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
