Contact form 7 – Spam emails

Hi,

I am a wordpress developr and using contcat form 7 for form submissions. But we are getting tremendous amount of spam emails within the same email/ same spam contents. We need to sort this. Is there any kind of validations or plugins which supports spam emails prevention?

Can you please provide the guidelines to prevent spam as well.
