• Hey everyone,

    I’m encountering a frustrating issue with every Contact Form 7 form on my WordPress website, and I’m hoping to get some help from someone who has more experience.

    The Problem: When visitors try to submit any form on (check feedback form on https://allaboutmellc.com/contact), they’re met with a continuous spinning wheel, and the form never actually submits.

    It’s worth mentioning that when I launched the site, I updated the system admin email in WordPress. Initially, it was set up with an email provided by my hosting provider, which used a temporary domain email.

    After directing the website to my active domain, I switched the admin email to a private Gmail address used by the business. Now, I’m unsure which email address should be included in the [from] field of the contact form, as a domain based email is required. It’s currently set to [email protected].

    Here is some troubleshooting that I’ve tried:

    1. JavaScrip Errors:
    Response {
        type: 'basic',
        url: 'https://allaboutmellc.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/76/feedback',
        redirected: false,
        status: 403,
        ok: false,
        …
    }

    I’m wondering if it’s related to the .htaccess file, but not sure if it needs regeneration or not and don’t have juch experience or knowledge here.

    Request for Assistance: Could anyone please help me troubleshoot this issue? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    If you need any additional details or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Thanks in advance for your help!
