Contact form 7 stopped working on 3 websites

  • Hi,

    I’ve noticed that contact form stopped working on 3 websites I’m working on.

    It doesn’t even show any error but when you try to send the form, the page simply refresh without sending.

    How can I fix this?

  • Worked for me and I tested it just now. I’m having similar problems though with my site with wildly inconsistent behaviour with the contact form. It’s working sometimes and not others.

    Are you using recaptcha v3? I am too and I’m starting to wonder if that is the source of the inconsistent behaviour

    it’s working because I changed form … I could not wait for a solution and I had already too many issues in the past with CF7

    But I’ve noticed that the messages where directly put into spams when I searched on Flamingo so it could an issue with v3 indeed!

    Which new form did you use? We are having issues with the CF7 working as well.

    I’m using the free version of Wpform at the moment but it’s temporary.

    Those websites needs to be changed and I plan to put Elementor pro on those 3 websites afterwards. The form from the pro version is really good and I’ve never had any issues with it on my other websites. Also, I need to connect sendinblue to my forms and with Elementor Pro you can do it with another free pluggin.

    With WPform, you need the paid version to have the mail backup and to connect to sendinblue.
