Contact Form 7 stopped working on WordPress page all together after update

  • I updated your plugin (contact form 7) this morning and we have a special event’s registration opening today.

    We received a few submissions, but suddenly the form stopped working. It does not appear on the wordpress-based page anymore.

    1) Is there a limit to the number of posts without upgrading to fee-based form?
    2) Did the upgrade affect the form?

    I created a new form and it does not work either.

    I created a new page with the new form and it does not work either.

    Please help!

  • …….mine as well. Just suddenly stopped working. WordPress 3.9.2 running Twenty Thirteen/tropicalblends theme. I’ve upgraded Contact 7 to 3.9.2. Been searching for a fix but nothing has worked so far. Any help here would be sincerely appreciated.

    The plugin is working for me on many different websites and several different servers. Any issue you have is almost certainly due to something on your local WP install.

    You will probably be mistaken if you focus on this happening since the last update – it’s most likely just a coincidence.

    No – not on my numerous sites.

    It is always possible that Contact Form 7 didn’t install or update correctly on your site. It’s a general problem with WordPress updates due to the unreliability of internet connections.

    Delete the plugin folder at wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/ and install the plugin again.

    Hi folks
    I have installed Contact Form 7 Version 4.1 in the WordPress 4.1.1 Twenty Thirteen V1.4 theme and it does not display at all on the page. However the code is there in the source of the page.
    Any help appreciated.
