contact form 7 style does not activate

The contact form 7 style is an add-on for the CF7 plugin.
In order to style the selected contact form you have to go to the Contact Style and select a predefined template or create a custom style, after that you have to add it to an existing form by checking in. For more information please take a look at our presentational video: HERE

thanks for coming back to me on this topic.
Actually i viewed the video before posting already at least 5 times to really see i did not overlook anything.
I beloeve I did what you say, but the option of “contact form 2” is not showing up anywhere. I wanted to upload a screenshot but could not see where to do this.

once solved, up and running, I will consider 5* or donating.
