Contact Form 7 Submission Error

    Hi,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am encountering a critical issue with Contact Form 7 on our website. Every time a user submits the form, an error message appears: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” This problem is exclusive to Contact Form 7, as other forms on the website are functioning correctly. The website is in another language you can google translate it into English. Contact form 7 is in the ‘Ask a Question’ section.

    I’ve explored various solutions, including verifying the SMTP settings and disabling cache plugins, but the problem persists. Your prompt attention and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    i try to disable the recaptcha function and now it works, but I don’t understand why every time you send a message it redirects to the specific URL of the form.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    hi, it’s not a problem of theme or plugin, because i try to change the theme or deactivate all plugin.Is a bug of the plugin.
