    We are setting up?Zoho?Flow for our client. We are connecting Contact Form 7 on their WordPress website using the?Zoho?Flow plugin to?Zoho.?

    We successfully have setup the connection and when testing it shows everything as working. We can see a list of the forms and their fields. However, the issue is that when the form is submitted, the submissions aren’t going into Zoho. I have tried clicking the test and debug button, then submitting the form, however nothing comes through.

    We have released a patch update (v2.13.2) today to address the trigger issues. Please update the plugin to the latest version and test the integration.

    Additionally, ensure that IP restrictions are not enabled in WordPress as well as in Zoho. If they are, make sure Zoho Flow’s IP ranges are whitelisted on your WordPress server, and your WordPress server’s IPs are whitelisted in your Zoho account settings.
