Contact Form 7 Submit Error

    So I’ve browsed through the whole forum and didn’t find any post similar to my situation.
    I’ve create a contact form. However, I can click on the submit button without typing anything in, and the loading icon just slowly turn aside the submit button.
    Does anyone have idea what I’ve done wrong? Really appreciate the help.
