Contact Form 7 submits but front end just sits and spins

    Contact Form 7 plugin version 3.4

    I have a client who is having issues with the Contact Form 7 plugin.
    I have looked at it and it seems the forms actually submit into the database, and shows up in the Contact Form DB plugin interface as a submission, but on the client/front end side the form just sits and the loader just sits and spins.
    There is not page redirect or a successful submission message that pops up. The form just sits there and users are very confused.

    Any ideas on what could be causing this?
