Contact form 7 to CRM

    Hi,

    I am using contact form 7 and need the details to directly get into the CRM module once the user enters details in the form. The Contact form is working fine as I get the email in my mailbox. I am using contact form DB plugin and the details show there as well.

    I tried deactivating the other 2 modules. But the details still don’t get added to CRM module. Please help

  • Hi Megan,

    Did you map your CF7 fields with CRM contact fields in ERP Settings? If not, please go to “ERP Settings > Contact Forms” settings page, and map your fields. I’ve just run a test CF7 submission and it’s working on my side. I’m using –
    WordPress – 4.6.1
    Contact Form 7 – 4.5.1
    Contact Form DB – 2.10.24
    WP ERP – 1.1.5

    For further inspection, please activate WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and look for any error in your debug.log

    Hi Edi and weDevs Support. Thanks for the quick response.

    I have the same versions of wordpress and plugin as you do and the mapping has also been done in the same way as mentioned in the link you provided.

    I need to check if there is some other plugin that is causing the problem because I am unable to import using the import tool as well.

    I hope not making a contact category is not creating this problem?

    Will get back to you after checking the other plugins.
