Contact Form 7 to Database Extension not worke with checkbox

    hi
    i’m use contuct form 7 with db but when i’m submit the form that cntains checkbox
    the value of the checkbox not appear in the table of the form
    in contuct form 7 with db
    how i can fix this problim ?
