[Contact Form 7] Two forms in one post

    Hi i need to have two forms in one post, results of two forms will be send in one mail. I heard about some plugins but i dont know if they can do it. Second form must be one text box, but there must be + button which will add another form (depends on user how much forms there will be). Reason why this second form must be a form is becouse it will write diffrent data to mail. Here is a example:

    1 form: 2 form:

    name: Steven hobby: swim
    city: Warsaw +hobby: computer
    +hobby: football

    Result in mail:

    Name: Steven
    City: Warsaw
    Hobby: swim, computer, football

    – Off course i’m doing something diffrent but this is good example.

  • Looks like you are looking for Conditional Logic which is not available directly in the Contact Form 7 plugin. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms, and Ninja Forms.

    By the way if it only has 1 Submit button, it would be 1 form – you would be just be initially hiding some fields.
