contact form 7 uploading issue

Has anyone had an issue with the upload feature of contact form 7?

I have created a form with an upload button, but it is not uploading files to the temporary folder as advertised.

I went to Settings / Media and I set the upload to go to this path:

/home/cooverbarr/domains/cooverlaw.com/public_html/access/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads

I made sure that the permissions is set to read/write for that folder.

I submit the form and it sends the email with the attachment, but it does not upload the file to the path above.

Does anyone know about this issue or know of a way to make this work?

OR

Does anyone know of another plugin that has a submittal form and upload capability that does work?

Any help will be appreciated.
