In 5 of my sites, when I update the plugin to version 4.2.1, I’m getting a malware alert.
I use Avast Antivirus 2015, and the malware reports this file:
    ../wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/admin/css/styles.css?ver=4.2.1

I don’t know if it’s a false positive, but please check, in order to be sure it is truly a false positive.
    Thanks.

The file admin/css/styles.css is a CSS stylesheet, can’t be a malware.

Ok, sorry for this report, so, I’m sure is a false positive.
    Thanks for your prompt reply.

Do you guys actually see malware code in admin/css/styles.css? If not, why not contact the vender of Avast to report the false alarm?

Getting same virus alert from Avast, seems to be false positive but why only this time or why only for version 4.2, there might be something unwanted, but not checked/tested yet.

Contact form doesn’t work on GoDaddy hosting, they discard the sent emails after few days, use Mandrill API to save your clients.
