Contact form 7 wants valid field completion on iPhone when already complete

  • Hi,
    The form works fine on desktop versions of our website, but (perhaps since the latest version) on the iPhone, when the submit button is pressed, the “Whoops, Please complete all required fields” message appears, even when all the required fields are completed. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? The url is https://severnprint.co.uk/request-for-quote/
