Contact Form 7 Won’t display file Tab in medipress theme

Hello i installed contact form 7 in wordpress, i have the medipress theme, i am configuring the form, but when i clic the file tab, nothing happend, so is there a problem with the theme integration?, what i want is generate the pdf upload ,label, there is a way to do manually??
