Contact Form 7 Wont Load Form

i have been trying to make this work, but for the life of me cannot figure it out.
I put the contact form in the plug in “Easy Fancybox”. It works perfect when it has its own page or something. But when i try to actually put it to good use, it decides to not work. The ‘Easy Fancybox’ will pop up like its supposed to, but instead of the form showing, it just shows the link that your supposed to have. I have the pictures included below. i have no clue how to fix this. I have researched and found nothing.
