Contact Form 7 WP 3.1.1 – watermark no longer displays

Hi all,
I’ve a number of forms on my website eg https://www.windsortennis.co.uk/tennis/roger-henry/ – up until a week ago, the watermark displayed as intended in IE and Firefox. When I upgraded to WP3.1.1, the watermark disappeared. does anyone know how to resolve this?
