Contact Form 7 & Zendesk

We have started using Contact Form 7 and it’s working well and sending emails as expected.
However, we have a support email ([email protected]) which redirects our mail to Zendesk. When checking the headers and mail trace, contact form keeps the sender email but actually sends from apache@ip-10-64-64-16
Zendesk seems to flag this email as spam as its either not a real email or does not follow what they are looking for in a sender address.
Is there a way to change this apache@ip-10-64-64-16 address?
