    Thanks for the theme. I have installed your free theme here
    playschoolcurriculum.in.
    I have the following issues
    1) I want the contact form beside subheader text as seen in the snapshot of the theme. Please let me know how to place this. I added the name of contact form 7 in Header option of Customize. But I do not see anything. Is this a pro option?
    2) Also I have more than 6 pages in the top menu. But, it shows only top six. Can I do anything about this?
    This is a very good looking theme as it has the main contents on the home page. Thanks to you.

    1. You can use Contact Form 7 and place the code to Appearance > Customizer to do that.

    2. Unfortunately, we’ve limited it to prevent the menu from crashing the design. ??

    I, too, am trying to add the contact form within the subheader. Please elaborate on where you can add the form. There’s a spot located on Appearance > Customize under the Header option. But when you add the name or shortcode of the contact form, nothing displays. Can you let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Same problem here, once i add the form code or form title it doesn’t show up!

    I don’t think this topic is resolved, since no valid answer have been given :S, I am having the same problem, the contact form doesnt appear even if I insert the title of the form or the shortcode..
