Contact Form and using WP-SMTP

  • Hello all. Bit of a newbie here… Had my website setup by someone and now I am tinkering and updating. I am hosted by GoDaddy, and I am led to believe that this causes problems, so here I go.

    I have a page with a contact form on it, but my plug-in WP-SMTP (1.1.9) was installed with no information on it.

    I have put in all my details for both email through GoDaddy and my O365 domain and both times get the same response.

    I’d appreciate it if someone could advise where I am going wrong.
