Contact form appears before the quiz starts

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been using the QSM plugin to create quizzes on my WordPress site, and I’m encountering an issue with the contact form placement in a newly created quiz.

    Here’s the situation:
    I created a quiz in my native language (https://co3app.com/pages/hu/regisztracio/) with two pages, each containing one question. At the end, there’s a contact form that users fill out before receiving an email. This setup works perfectly.

    Now, I’ve created a second quiz, which is independent from the first one, but it’s meant to be an English version of the original. All the settings are identical to the first quiz, including the layout with two questions followed by a contact form. However, in this second quiz, the contact form appears right at the start, even before the first question, instead of showing up at the end.

    I’ve double-checked all settings and can’t figure out why this is happening. Any help or suggestions on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you for reaching out and providing such a clear description of the issue. I understand how important it is to have the contact form positioned correctly.

    For your second quiz, you can adjust the settings to ensure the contact form appears at the end, just like in your first quiz. Here’s how:

    1. Navigate to QSM > Quizzes and Survey.
    2. Click on the Contact tab.
    3. Go to the Options subtab.
    4. Under Contact Form Position, select Show after the quiz ends.
    5. Don’t forget to click Save Contact Form to apply the changes.

    Hi,

    I have a similar problem. In the ‘Contact’ tab -> ‘Options,’ I have it set to “show after the quiz”, but the contact form is always displayed at the beginning. I noticed that this happens after changing the button labels. If I don’t change the button labels, the option works.
