Contact form bought with a theme is not sending emails

  • Hello everybody,

    I am having problems with my WordPress site. I bought a theme with a third party called Theme Forest that came with everything ready. I installed it using the hosting services of Go Daddy.

    This theme came with a contact us form and a RSVP form. Now the website is live and everytime you fill in a form is showing like the form is sent. Here is the link to my site https://mikailin.net/contact-us/

    However, I do not receive anything on my email. I changed the emails from a Gmail to one from my own domain but it didn’t work.

    I was thinking that it could be hosting, but Go Daddy told that everything from their end was working fine and that they could see the emails were sending. So they believe it is something related to the setup of my wordpress.

    Could anyone please help me with this? And also, provide a step-by-step guide as I’m beginner.
