    Hi there! In addition to the notification email the you receive, you can also view all form submissions in your Dashboard under “Feedbacks.” So, even if the email notification ends up in your spam folder, you can still view the form submissions in your Dashboard.

    I didn’t explain very well.

    The email isn’t going to the spam folder. The email is never getting to the email address at all. My theory is that it’s being rejected before delivery as spam.

    When I send an email and it gets rejected as spam I will get an email back telling me it was rejected as spam.

    When Jetpack sends and email, the email is rejected as spam, a response saying so is sent – where does that response go?

    The contact form has the “reply to” set to the sender’s email address, which by default is set to [email protected] (replacing “YOURDOMAIN” with your site’s domain) using the wp_mail function. Also by default, that email address doesn’t receive mail – so any bounces go nowhere.

    Theoretically you could set up that email address in your hosting account as a fully managed email or a forwarder and any mail sent back should show up there. I have not tested to see if this would actually work, hence the “theoretical” part.

    Hiya – Yes, that makes total sense.

    Your theory about the [email protected] seems reasonable. I set up such a mail address to test it. I did not get anything bouncing back.

    But who knows for sure what that really means. If I discover for certain that works – or not – I’ll post the info here.
