Contact form data going to browser address bar.

Hi,
I am facing a critical problem about which I don’t know what to do. I have set a simple contact form for my website. But during submitting the form, all the form input data going up to the browser title bar and nothing happens. I have tried different contact form plugin but all are behaving same. Now I am using Contact form7. The address bar is looking like this:
