Can you Remove access Manually and then Again ReAuthenticate once?

Look at Third-party apps with account access
You will see various connections, which you authenticated.
You will also notice GSheetConnector connection as well, click on it and remove access manually while clicking and then again reauthenticate from plugin settings

and to show debug log errors, can you enable debug log from wp-config.php

If still did not work, let me know with the errors, to help you out to solve the issue.

Just noticed you are entering wrong tab name
When you use tab name package, tab ID is 1425151630
tab name CF7 tab ID is 0

Please correct and test.

Same problem for me. I have gone through all the steps highlighted above and still does not connect.

I’ve run through the main troubleshooting steps as well. Including uninstalling and reinstalling. Simply will not connect. Please let me know what information you need to assist…

I am also not getting errors in the debug log.

**CORRECTION – additional issue just shown for some reason the first row in the sheet has changed so that all columns have “date”. This happened after the most recent test

Our Google has not received new data since 12th Feb 2020.

I have removed access via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and try to reconnect.

However, there is no response of the Deactivate button at Google Access Code field.

How can I resolve it?

Sorry for the trouble.

1. Can you try again using private window?
2. When you click on deactivate, please wait for 5-7 seconds to auto-reload, if not then refresh manually to see get code button to re-authenticate.

1. Have you enabled debug log from wp.config.php?
2. Make sure in this free version, it could not change the first row automatically, you must have to insert column name manually to get data.

I can deactivate in incognito mode. But after I connect with the new Google Access Code, the form data still not send to the assigned Google Sheet. Anything I can do next?

Hi same thing here:
Mail is working, log is clear but no data send to the google sheet i tried many time, desactivated then reactivated, change sheet check the field. Can’t find, quite frustrating since it looks so simple.
