Contact form DB error spreadsheet live data google

Hi, i’ve a problem with contact form DB… so when i link my contact form with speadsheet live data by google i take the code “importdata” and when i past this in google excel live the result is: #N/A with empty content… i’ve tried with hide and no credentials…. in other cases the errore is not link with URL… what can i do? what’s the problem? in other website it’s all ok…
