Contact form design

  • Hi guys,

    I would like to make contact form that looks exactly like this one:

    two columns layout with address bar in one column.

    Do you know what plugin should I use or I need to code it in hmtl?

    I need it to be responsive.

  • Hi Toni,

    I use a plugin called Caldera Forms quite a lot. You’ll definitely be able to achieve the same look as the form in your screenshot.

    With regard to the two column layout, you’ll need to work out how to do that with your theme.
