Contact form does not display text and fields

Take another look at the contact page settings and configuration. We can’t access that from here. That’s my first suggestion.

Next, create a new contact page and see if it works any differently.

If you’re using a plugin for this, then you’d want to talk to their support team directly.

It’s just the theme’s contact option in blocks.

it seems that both the text and the field lining is in white instead of black and therefore not visible.

Is there a way to change the color?

We’d need to see the form live on the site to offer a recommendation on getting those colors overridden.
