Contact form does not save leads to the database

    I am using chaty free version. I have added WhatsApp and contact form channels. But the leads of the contact form are not being saved in the database. Also the save to local database option is ON, but is not active (greyed out). I have cross-checked my website database and and confirmed that the table wp_chaty_contact_form_leads is created with all the fields. But when I enter any data into the contact form, even though there is a sent successful message, nothing is stored in the database. Please help
