Contact form does not work with Sendgrid plugins

  • Hi,

    I am trying figure out Sendgrid.com service for sending emails from my wordpress website. All of related plugins to set wordpress and sendgrid work fine and send built-in TEST emails successfully but when I try to send email through contact from, it returns failure error and form does not work!
    I have installed this plugin and selected ‘REST’ as sending method.

    Could you please guide me to solve this issue?

  • Have you tried using the plugin created by the team at SendGrid?

    I use this plugin and Contact Form 7 on 10-15 sites currently and have no problem with the configuration.

    Yes, I did before and it did not work too!

    Do you get any indication that the message was initiated within the sendgrid account, it will show you if the system dropped/rejected the message or if there is no record at all then we will have to keep digging

    I receive just this message:

    Sender’s message was failed to send.

    When I deactivate Sendgrid plugin, the form works fine and displays this message:

    Sender’s message was sent successfully.

    Is there any way to prepare a log file of form transactions?

    Do you have your DNS management in one place and the email server on another?
    If – yes, you should add mx records of your email server under your DNS management hosting.
    …it might be a reason. I just solved this kind of problem with form7. When my exchange serv. in one place and dns management on another.
