I have a similar issue with elementor addon Sizzify lite contact form.
As far as I can tell everything is set up correctly but everytime I send a test email it says ‘invalid email’
What can be done?

Have you removed the default email field from the form? If so, try adding the new form and check it. Do not remove the Email field from the form and then check it.

Sorry to come back to this again, but now that I have delved into it a bit more I do come up again another issue with the contact form. I would like to add additional fields to the form to gather more information from my clients but as soon as I do this the ‘invalid email’ alert pops up again. Basically I am not permitted to add fields to the form even though the option is available. The form works in the original format. As soon as I want to add fields it no longer functions and gives me the alert. Just to be clear I did not alter the original fields of the form when adding the additional fields.
Is a bit frustrating this.

I also have an issue with Sizzify contact form. Under ‘Form settings’ it’s set up to my own e-mail, but every time someone tries to send a message it says “Ops” I cannot send this message”. Any ideas on why it says it can’t send?
