Contact Form email depending of country selected

Good evening,
I need that the form contact be sent depending of the country that the user selects in the field list.
If user chose Spain, the email to where the form will be sent is [email protected]
if user chose Italy, the email will be [email protected]
… Etc.
I like the plugin wpforms, but I can change it to any other, I still designing the website.
Any idea please?

But both plugins are not updated more than 2 years. And the question is not related with Geo, it is more related with a choice that user will make. User is from England, but he or she want to get services in Spain, so I want that email of contact form arrive to info@… and spain@…
Business is related with tourist services.
