contact form email failure – SMTP error – 550 Verification failed

  • Hi support team,

    I am getting a failure message trying to submit the contact form via 2nd email to the recipient.

    SMTP error from remote mail server

    P.S. for data security I changed the server and email addresses within this failure info…

    550-Verification failed for <[email protected]>

    The reason is clearly explained, isn’t it?
