    It’s not only the contact form, but all system emails.

    I’m using woocommerce with w3tc and was told that might be an issue, but with that plugin disabled nothing changes.

    I’ve also just switched over to a dedicated server. Are there any recommendations for server settings that could cause the server to block these? I’m using MS 365 as an exchange server through godaddy. All the other mail comes through fine, that’s what’s leading me to the server configuration. I haven’t tried the WP Mail SMTP because I’m not exactly sure what the issue is or how to test it.

    So I just installed the plugin and used it to test:

    Test Message Sent
    The result was:
    bool(true)
    The full debugging output is shown below:

    The SMTP debugging output is shown below:

    I set it up to use the php mail function. Looking at this test everything should be good, but the contact form still isn’t sending mail. I’m doubting this has fixed the password or new account emails.

    OK..

    I managed to resolve this issue with a couple more hours research.

    Here is what I’ve found: MS 365 SMTP Settings

    For all of you that have an exchange server that handles mail like ms 365 you will enjoy this page. Although it wasn’t hard to find, I couldn’t understand why the emails were not working. Since we’ve always had email on our own server I never thought to connect to an outside server for mail. I decided on WP Mail SMTP

    My settings:

    <img src=”https://speeddealercustoms.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/wp-mail-smtp-settings.jpg&#8221; width=”650″ />

    I cut off the user and password, but you will need to plug those in the username for me is the same and my email, but it might be different for you.

    Hope this helps
